Q: How do I earn Hooters Card Points?
A: You earn a full 5 Points per dollar spent every time you make a purchase at Hooters and 1 Point per dollar spent on other purchases when you use your Hooters MasterCard.

Q: Are there any limits to the amount of Points I can earn?
A: No, there are no limits to the amount of Points you can earn and currently they never expire.

Q: I have a Hooters MasterCard, what kind of purchases qualify for Points?
A: Points are earned on all card purchases. Points are NOT earned on the purchase of Hooters Card Points, Cash Advances, or any other non-purchase transaction.

Q: How do I check my Point balance?
A: Your monthly statement will contain a Hooters Card Points summary showing points earned and redeemed.  You can also review your latest Points total by checking online at www.HootersCard.com.

Q: How long will it take for my Points to appear on my Hooters Card Account summary after I make a purchase?
A: Point additions are calculated at your statement cycle (essentially every month).

A: Yes, as long as your Account is in Good Standing you will still get Points.

Q: How can I redeem Points?
A: Hooters Card Points can be redeemed by going online to www.HootersCard.com or by calling 1-800-850-HOOT (4668).

Q: What is the minimum amount of Points required before I can redeem them?
A: Rewards start at as little as 150 Points.

Q: What can I redeem my Points for?
A: Redemption options include: Hooters merchandise and cash back posted directly to your account. Of course, with the Hooters MasterCard you can redeem at Hooters with our Hooters Card Gift Card Program.

A: As soon as you receive your card.

Q: Can I redeem a portion of my Points and keep adding to the remaining balance?
A: Yes.

A: Go to www.HootersCard.com, log in to your Account and click on "Rewards". From there you are presented with an array of options.

Q: Will I be able to use my Points to redeem any special offers on the redemptions website?
A: Yes. Check www.HootersCard.com frequently or opt for email updates.

Q: If I redeem all of my Points and do not make a purchase for a while, am I still in Hooters Card Points Rewards Program?
A: You must earn Points during a consecutive 12-month period to keep an active Membership in the Program. This does NOT mean that your Points expire in 12 months. To reinstate your Membership into the Program, all you have to do is call 1.800.850.HOOT(4668).

Q: Do I pay anything when I place my redemption order?
A: You pay for shipping either by Points or by credit card.

Q: How are my redemption orders sent to me?
A: Your order will be shipped to you directly by the U.S. Postal Service or UPS at your current street address or to a U.S. address that you specify. Your order will arrive either as merchandise, a certificate or gift card that is redeemable for the reward. With the exception of gift cards, delivery of redemption items may not be made outside the U.S. or to a post office box. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Shipping charges may apply. Please see Program "Terms and Conditions" for more details.

Q: Can I send my redemption order to an address other than my billing address?
A: Yes, you may choose an alternate ship-to address when completing your redemption order online, or through our redemption center. Please note that we may only accommodate one ship-to address per order. If requesting multiple ship-to addresses, you must complete separate orders.

Q: Can I request for my redemption orders to be shipped outside the U.S.?
A: Currently Hooters Card does not ship redemption orders outside of the U.S.

Q: Can I exchange or return my redemption order?
A: You may exchange redemption merchandise only in the event of merchandise defects or damaged shipment. Please note that you must call first to obtain approval before returning redemption items. Statement credits to your Account may not be cancelled or returned. If you need to return a reward or reward certificate, notify us at 1.800.850.HOOT (4668) within 2 days of delivery.

A: No, not at this time.

Q: If I don't have enough Points to complete a redemption, can I purchase Points?
A: Yes, you may purchase Points for $.01 a point, the maximum amount of Points you are able to purchase is 1 million in a 12 month rolling period.

Q: In what increments may I purchase Points?
A: Any increment is available and we have no minimums.

Q: Are purchased Points refundable?
A: No, you can only purchase Points when completing a transaction, and they do not go onto your Account statement.

Q: When I purchase Points, will I also earn Hooters Card Points for the transaction?
A: No, wouldn't that be nice though.
